The Blood Chemistry Test provide an inside look at the pets vital organs. The test includes Hematology Test to primarily analyze:

The Red Blood Cells (RBC): These are the cells responsible for carrying oxygen throughout the body
The White Blood Cells (WBC): These are the body's primary means of fighting infection
The Platelet ensure that the blood can clot sufficiently to stop bleeding

More specifically we look for the following when performing the Blood Chemistry Test:
 

ALBUMIN (ALB) Reduced levels indicate chronic liver or kidney disease, or parasitic infections such as hookworm.
ALANINE AMINOTRANSFERASE Increased level indicates Liver disease.
ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE (ALKP) Increased levels indicate liver disease or Cushing's syndrome.
AMYLASE (AMYL) Increased levels indicate pancreatic and/or kidney disease.
BLOOD UREA NITROGEN (BUN) Helps to detect liver and kidney abnormalities.
CALCIUM (CaČ+) Indicator of certain types of tumors, or parathyroid or kidney disease.
CHOLESTEROL (CHOL) Hypothyroidism and diseases of the liver or kidney.
CREATININE (CREA) Kidney disease or urinary obstruction.
BLOOD GLUCOSE (GLU) High levels- diabetes, stress, especially in cats.
Low levels - liver disease.
PHOSPHORUS (PHOS) Increased levels indicate kidney disease.
TOTAL BILIRUBIN (TBIL) Problems in the bile ducts.
TOTAL PROTEIN (TP) Dehydration and diseases of the liver, kidney or gastrointestinal tract.
T4 TEST Diagnosis of hyper/hypothyroidism.
ELECTROLYTES Vomiting, diarrhea and cardiac symptoms.
